Plate it!
Saturated filters of disinfectant chemicals, spices, and essential oils.
The clearing area is dead bacteria, the bigger the area the deader the bacteria.
The best? upper left… oil of rosemary.
Make it, shake it!
Oxygen is the driving force for the light reaction of the photobacterium enzyme (luciferase) and protein (luciferin). Molecular oxygen is made available by agitation. It is the Lux reaction that releases the photon, then “Voila!”-- you have Light!
